You can change the folder when you hit edit on the top of the connection screen and then onto the folder icon

Take the database and copy it to Dropbox. Either in the standard folder Crypted or take something else as the name. Then activate the Dropbox on Kypass. It will then download the database from Dropbox and will sync it always. The local folder will never be „changed“ to Dropbox sync as it can eg. hol...

As the file is transferred in encrypted state (by file copy to the device) and then opened locally, that answers it already good.
Additionally the transfer is also encrypted by SSL.
